3. Skills and Experience
- Skill Proficiency: Taskers should demonstrate proficiency in the specific areas they wish to offer services. For example, a Tasker offering handyman services should have basic knowledge of tools and repairs.
- Experience Documentation: Taskers may be required to provide references, certifications, or a portfolio of previous work to verify their skills and experience.
- Trial Tasks: Task Aces may require new Taskers to complete a trial task to assess their skills and ensure they meet the platform's standards.
4. Identity Verification

5. Equipment and Tools

8. Training and Onboarding
- Initial Training: Taskers must complete any required initial training or onboarding sessions provided by Task Aces. This may include:
- Online Training Modules: Covering platform usage, customer service, and safety guidelines.
- In-Person or Virtual Orientation: Introducing Taskers to Task Aces policies and procedures.
- Ongoing Training: Task Aces may offer or require additional training sessions to help Taskers improve their skills and stay updated on best practices.
9. Availability and Reliability
- Flexible Availability: Taskers should have flexible availability to accept and complete tasks as they arise.
- Commitment: Taskers must commit to completing tasks they accept and notify customers and Task Aces promptly if they need to reschedule or cancel.
- Reliability: Taskers must demonstrate reliability by consistently showing up on time and completing tasks to the customer’s satisfaction.
10. Customer Reviews and Ratings
- Performance Monitoring: Task Aces will monitor Tasker performance through customer reviews and ratings.
- Minimum Rating Requirement: Taskers must maintain a minimum average rating to remain active on the platform. Poor performance may result in additional training or removal from the platform.
- Feedback Response: Taskers should be responsive to customer feedback and make necessary improvements based on reviews.
11. Compliance with Local Laws
- Licenses and Certifications: Taskers must hold any necessary licenses or certifications required for the specific tasks they perform (e.g., electrical work, plumbing).
- Tax Obligations: Taskers are responsible for managing their own tax obligations, including reporting income earned through Task Aces.
- Employment Regulations: Taskers must comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
12. Health and Safety
- Protective Equipment: Taskers must use appropriate protective equipment (e.g., masks, gloves) when required to ensure their safety and the safety of customers.
- Health Guidelines: Taskers must adhere to health advisories and best practices, especially during health crises like pandemics.
- Safety Protocols: Taskers must follow safety protocols specific to the tasks they perform to prevent accidents and injuries.
13. Communication Skills
- Language Proficiency: Taskers must have sufficient proficiency in the language(s) required by the tasks they perform to effectively communicate with customers.
- Platform Usage: Taskers must be able to effectively use the Task Aces app or platform to manage tasks, communicate with customers, and receive notifications.
14. Technology Requirements
- Smartphone Access: Taskers must have access to a smartphone with a reliable internet connection to use the Task Aces platform.
- App Usage: Taskers must download and regularly update the Task Aces app to stay informed about task notifications and platform updates.
